Greetings, my good blogger peeps. It's been a busy few weeks and I haven't had a chance to update you on my world lately. It's been very hot here the past few weeks - you can tell that summer is getting into full swing. And with the good weather come GREAT birthday parties! These past two weekends I've been attending birthday parties. And you know what comes with birhtday parties? CAKE! Let me tell you - these guys know cake.
Today I went to my friend Ruby's 1st birthday party. Ruby is my cutie friend from daycare. We went to her house to celebrate. They have a great yard to play and there were lots of wet, splishy-splashing things to do. I had a lot of fun playing in the water and climbed up and into a sand and pool toy that they filled with water. Oh, it's so much more fun when you climb INTO it to splash around!
Last weekend was my friend Seba's 1st birthday party. His party was at his Grandma and Grandpa's place. It was also lovely and I enjoyed getting to know & play with the other kids. They even had one of those big air-filled jumper cages, but I'm too small for that so I didn't go in. There was a slip 'n slide that sprayed water and it was fun to try and catch and jump into the spray.
It's hard to believe that we're all turning a year old! Next thing you know, we'll be taking pictures for our first day of school. Until then, check out my pictures from the birthday parties. Next time I'll update you on some of the milestone/funny things that I've been learning. Until next time!
