Fun in the Sun

This weekend was Mommy Cia's birthday, so I decided to take her out for a fun-filled weekend. First up, Castle Island in South Boston. I had never been there before but a friend of ours thought we'd enjoy it and suggested I take Mommy Cia to check it out. While I don't have any pictures, let me tell you...it's a lot of fun! There's a great stretch of beach, a cool fort and tons of grassy playing areas. The bonus? PLANES! Since it's close to Logan Airport you can watch the planes take off. They're so low that sometimes it felt as if I could touch them! And they take off practically every 5 minutes, so it was planes, planes, planes galore!

On Saturday, we decided to head off to the Stone Zoo. A cute little zoo that has some neat animals (the bears playing in the water were the best) and a nice little playground. It was a lovely way to spend the morning!

The next day we left early for a birthday breakfast bash with Uncle Rob, Aunt Brenda and cousins Hayden & Myra. Man, they made a feast for us and we all totally pigged out. Mommy had so many candles on her cake that my cousins and I had to help her blow them all out! I think the fire alarm may have even gone off. Haha! Afterwards we took a stroll around the 'hood. Myra and I hung out as she rode her bike - she even let me ride it for a little bit. Then, it was off to downtown Webster for Hayden's Little League parade. He looked awesome in his uniform and I got a nice surprise when the fire truck honked its horn. Red truck!!!

In a couple of weeks, Mommy Jenny will be celebrating her birthday, too, and I'll be looking forward to spending the day with her and celebrating in style. If you have any ideas of where I can take her, let me know!

Until next time, enjoy the pics!

Feeding Goats

Here's a cool video of me feeding the goat and a little bull when we were at Gatorland...

Gator-iffic Fun

Today Grandma and Grandpa took me to hang out with the gators at Gatorland! Ohhh, there were lots of gators and crocks and birds and goats. I even got to feed some of the birds and goats. And seriously, that was a big highlight of the visit for me. There was also a fun water park and playground area where I played with some new friends. It was pretty wet though, so it's a good thing Mommy Cia had a change of clothes ready...Oh, and that cheesy picture you see at the bottom of this post? Yeah, that's me. On the train. A fast-moving train. AWESOME!

Here are some fun pictures of our day with gators and friends.

Easter Egg Hunt

Happy Easter! The day before, there was a huge Easter Egg Hunt at Grandma & Grandpa's retirement community. There were tons of eggs, tons of people and plenty of prizes (I won sidewalk chalk!). After our egg hunt we went inside and had cookies and juice, and I even had a chance to sit on a huge rodent's lap. Yeah, that didn't work out so well (not sharing that experience with you). Anyway, here are some more egg-hunting pictures.

Vacation Time

Today Mommy Cia and I flew down to FL for a 12-day visit with Grandma Coca and Grandpa Bob. Naturally, our first big event was a cart-ride around the 'hood...soon to become a nightly ritual.
