Happy Thanksgiving! Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday full of thanks, friends, family and...food. I've been quite the little traveler and am now in GA taking in some southern eatin'. Catch ya on the flip side.

Friend Frenzy

Well, my special trip with Mommy Cia to Argentina is fast winding down to a close. It's been a great two weeks and I've enjoyed making new friends, making eyes at a few chicas, and seeing my family. Late today we board a bus with my cousin Lucy and head off for an overnight drive (6-7 hrs!) to Buenos Aires. A friend of Grandma's is letting us stay at her apartment when we get there so we can freshen up and take a siesta after a daytrip around the city. Then, it's back to the airport for the 12 hr overnight haul back home. After our layover in DC and another 2-3 hr flight, we should finally make it back to Boston by mid-day Sunday.

Here are some pictures to catch you up on our last few days. Boston, we'll see ya soon!

La Casa del Campo

It's hard to believe, but my vacation in Argentina is starting to wind down. So many friends and family to spend time with, so much food and candy to eat, but so little time. Alas.

This past weekend we went to the country house. It's exactly as Mommy Cia remembers from many years ago - not much has changed, and she enjoyed the short trip down memory lane. Personally, I enjoyed the pool very much and the asado we had was delicious! It was so fun and I wish my visit could last longer. Maybe next time, I'll actually be able to swim in the pool!

Pool Fun

Today I FINALLY got into the pool that Lucy set up for me. It's deep enough that I can swim in, and yet shallow enough that I can actually stand up on my own without being submerged in the water. What fun! I've been hankering to jump in for the past two days, but it hasn't been warm enough. But today...today, I said, "I'm tired of waiting." So, I pulled Mommy Cia in with me and we had a splashy time.

This afternoon, we went for lunch at Tia Shirley's. She's quite the cook and makes a mean hunk of meat! I enjoyed playing "bongos" with her and hanging out on her front porch. Tomorrow we visit Tia Porota and Tia Chola for dinner. I'm thinking that I'll also find myself another playground nearby and see what kind of damage I can do on the toys there.

Until next time!
