This weekend the Moms and I took a day trip to Ogunquit, ME. We enjoyed walking and checking out the little shops, but the best part of the day was watching the bed races. You read that right - bed racing. As in decorated beds. Racing down the street. Oh yeah, baby!

As if that wasn't funny enough, every once in a while they'd take a break between races to let cars pass through. But those Mainers...watch out for 'em! They boo'd the poor cars as they would pass through, because they were holding up the races. It was pretty funny. So funny that we called it the drive of shame and we didn't dare leave early for fear of getting boo'd as we drove by the throngs of bed-racing maniacs.
